The Mother’s Day Promotions are available to purchase until and including Saturday 12th May, 2018.

  1. All treatments must be prepaid by Saturday 12th May, 2018.

  2. All treatments must be performed by 30th September, 2018.

  3. You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

    FRAXEL® terms & conditions

  1. Maximum purchase of 2 Fraxel® treatments per client.

  2. Please be aware that 4 weeks is required between appointments when performing multiple treatments to a single area as the skin needs to fully recover to achieve the best results.

  3. You may be able to have more than one treatment on the same day if they are on different body areas. You will need to discuss this with your therapist first.

  4. If you or your gift recipient are unsuitable for Fraxel® treatments, then the cash purchase price may be put towards another kind of treatment. 

  5. If you have not had a Fraxel® treatment before or have not been seen in the last 12 months for a skin consultation then an in-clinic consultation will be needed prior to undergoing any treatment for the therapist to establish the suitability of the treatment.

  6. Please note that Fraxel® treatments cannot be performed on skin with significant recent sun exposure or on skin which has not been prepared properly by therapist-directed use of skincare products. Your therapist will not be able to perform your treatment until your skin is in the best condition for good results.

  7. You need to be healthy to receive the best results from Fraxel® treatments so they cannot be performed on someone who is ill or has been ill in the preceding days. Please ring as soon as possible to discuss this with your therapist as if you arrive unwell then your therapist will be unable to treat you.

  8. Clients with a history of cold sores need to discuss this with their therapist prior to treatment.

  9. 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations. If you cancel an appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited. You may leave a voicemail if you need to contact us before or after business hours. 

  10. Skin-care may be recommended by your therapist as part of your pre-treatment and post-treatment protocol. Skin preparation is essential to maximise results and minimise recovery time and any post-treatment complications. 

    HYDRAFACIAL terms & conditions

  1. Please avoid lengthy sun expose the week before and after your treatment and use sunscreen daily.

  2. Although HydraFacial is a relatively gentle treatment it cannot be performed if you have had a medical grade peel in the days before your treatment or lengthy sun exposure (beach, swimming, tennis etc) 

  3. If you are ill on the day of your appointment you will not be able to have the treatment and it will be forfeited. To avoid this please call to notify us as soon as possible and rebook your appointment. A voicemail may be left if you are unable to reach us before and after business hours. 

    ‘CLEANSER ON US’ terms & conditions

  1. Stock is limited so only one cleanser is available for each client.

  2. This promotion applies to the CosMedix, CosMedix Elite and Aspect Dr ranges only.
